While I have gotten out for the shorter rides, Marilyn. I have been laid up with intense neck pain on the weekends where I do my soul searching on a bike. Thanks for asking where I have been. Recovering. Watching the final stages of the Tour de France and just not thinking about my body.

I follow GMR from 200 miles north and noticed that since this chain broke nothing has happened. I just enjoy this site and have noticed a lack of posts.
