Monday the road was closed. It was grey and overcast. Pedaling indoors watching the Tour of California was an easy alternative. The intervals threw me a curve ball. It was harder than I expected. The indoor ride made the Wednesday evening outdoor ride with Heather and Joan enjoyable. The weather was warm. The clouds sparse. The small twingy pain in a ham string reminded me to go slow. No pushing. Hang with the friends and enjoy the scenery.
