Rod walked his bike down the long straight away near the first hairpin turn with a flat tire. He needed a new tube and a pump. Fortunately a SAG driver for another cyclist assisted. Matt offered his tube and the driver had a full push pump. Rod was able to ride up the road. The marine layer was thicker today. So thick it looked walkable. It was a day to help others and make new friends.

That was nice!
Great pics of the marine layer. I rode Sunday, and the marine layer was a fraction of what you have here from Saturday.
